Elite Goombule are a stub-species of the Goombules that appear insides of Bowser in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. The Elite Goombule has a Buzzy Beetle-like shell that protect them from Mario and Luigi's Jump attack. The Elite Goombule attack by ramming a bro, Mario & Luigi can counter-attack by jumping to dodge an attack and hitting it with the Hammer.
