Don-chan[1] is the main character of the Taiko no Tatsujin series, and appears as a default playable character in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX.[2] Don-Chan has two downloadable palette swaps in the game that dresses him in a strawberry and knight costume, known officially as Strawberry Don-Chan and Hero Don-Chan respectively.
Additionally, Don-chan appears in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U as one of the characters that Pac-Man can randomly summon during his Namco Roulette taunt.[3]

Trivia
- Don-Chan's artwork for Strawberry Don-Chan is the only character artwork in Mario Kart Arcade GP DX that is entirely two-dimensional. The same applies to all his in-game portraits, even those of normal Don-Chan.
