Cut from the Team is a Battle mini-game in Mario Party 8.
Introduction
The four players will be on a stone tower-like thing in the middle of nowhere, and next to them is a little stand, with 10 wires in front of it.
Gamplay
This game is almost all luck and little strategy is involved. There are ten wires, of which 4 are live wires, and 6 are dead. The players will go one by one on to the stand, snipping one wire at a time. Once they cut it, they will duck. If nothing happens, they will go back to the end of the line. If the line is live, they will be flung off, and the game will continue with the rest. Once 3 of them are gone, the last one is the winner.
Ending
The winner will do his/her victory dance.
