Uhm NO. That is not the reason her hair color is inconsistent in art. And it has only been stated as anything that one time. I don't think Nintendo of Japan has ever stated her hair color. Also, the site it was stated on is one of the few Mario websites kept up to date and even updated with newer linking and so on. The statement has nothing to do with the inconsistencies of her hair color, or her dress color. Her yellow and orange dress color varies as well as her hair. Same with her skin tone and eye color. Regardless, her hair even showed up as blatantly bright orange in past games on numerous occasions. Group artwork, gameplay, icons within the game. Daisy's hair is clearly not brown, even when you might think it looks brown you can compare her to someone with brown hair and you'll see how orange tinted it is. Regardless, the point I changed those artworks was not just to show off her status as a ginger, it was mostly because for some strange reason those artworks were/ are now blatantly faded and of lower quality than newer artworks with clear quality. Look at the Mario Party DS group shot. Daisy's hair is on the same tone as her appearance in Winter Games. I don't care how varied her hair has been. Even though it is blatantly noticeable to everyone since her latest art. I have always known, because to me and others I know it's obvious. Real redheads commonly have the exact same kind of hair Daisy has in older artworks. I don't care if figures screw it up because I have figures that get it close enough as well and the figures that do get it wrong tend to have faded colors as well. If you take a realistic ginger color and fade it, it looks more brown. Who cares because it's still a redhead tone everywhere else.
Release information in this case is irrelevant as all we have to go on by fact is the statement that her hair is orange. and as we both know, her hair is the same color as the orange on her outfit so you can just get over it.
I can go on forever. [[User:ForeverDaisy09|ForeverDaisy09]] 16:26, 16 March 2010 (EDT)
