Also, upcoming information has no bearing on the quality of a featured article unless the information, once is released, is covered so sloppily or incomplete, the article has to be unfeatured.

The upcoming templates is just a warning that, if not updated, the article may get outdated, NOT an improvement tag (though per Baby Luigi, it's still missing info) But I'm not expecting any major rewrite...
