As far as I know, the size of the area isn't quite as important. I do note, however, that the first sentence is riddled with prepositions (six if I'm counting correctly) whereas the second sentence contained four. The second sentence more smoothly flows. The important thing in this case is how it flows, not order of the size of the objects. Here, we're trying to give directions. The first thing you find is an area with a Save Block. Then you find a slope. You walk to the right of the slope and find this hidden panel. I believe the "Tokyo, Japan" is just a whole different thing.
