Template:Minigame-infobox Wiggler Bounce is a boss minigame found during the events of Mario Party 9.

Introduction

Every player is in a forest area. A Wiggler then walks out of the trees and the bushes. Then, two Piranha Plants show up.

Gameplay

The objective is to Ground Pound the Wiggler's body segments while avoiding any Piranha Plants, which deduct one point off the score upon contact. Ground pounding a segment with a purple marking on it gives the player one point, while ground pounding the red segment gives the player three. Players can also Ground pound other players to slow them down.

When its health is halfway depleted, Wiggler becomes enraged. He turns red and moves much faster than before, making it harder to Ground Pound a body segment.

Ending

After the final attack has been performed, the Wiggler turns yellow, falls to the ground upside-down and disappears, revealing Mini Stars.
