'''Bachelor''' is a member of the [[Brothers Bear]] appearing only in the [[Game Boy Advance]] [[reissue|remake]] of ''[[Donkey Kong Country 3 (Game Boy Advance)|Donkey Kong Country 3]]''. He lives on [[Bachelor Pad|an island]] in the middle of [[Lake Orangatanga]], where [[Barnacle]] had originally been before being moved to [[Pacifica]] for the remake. Bachelor's name is derived from "{{wp|bachelor}}", a term for an unmarried man, which is explained by how Bachelor is preparing for his "hot date." When [[Dixie Kong]] and [[Kiddy Kong]] first enter, they are greeted by Bachelor. He wants to present his girlfriend with a [[rose]] and a [[box of chocolates]] and requests the [[Kong]]s to find both items. In addition, he gives them a [[Flupperius Petallus Pongus]], since he has no use for it. The Kongs can exchange this flower to [[Bramble (character)|Bramble]] for a rose, and the box of chocolates can be bought from [[Bazaar's General Store]] for twenty [[bear coin]]s. When the Kongs provide Bachelor with the two items, he happily gives them a [[Banana Bird]] he had been keeping.
