Kong Roll: Difference between revisions

The '''Kong Roll''' is a special move that can be performed by [[Donkey Kong]] and [[Diddy Kong]] in ''[[Donkey Kong Country Returns]]''. The move can only be executed when Diddy Kong is mounted on Donkey Kong's back. By utilizing the {{button|wii|Wiimote}} and {{button|wii|Nunchuk}} (or just {{button|wii|Wiimote}} when using the horizontal control scheme), Donkey Kong begins by performing a [[Barrel Roll (move)|barrel roll]]. As he rolls, Diddy runs along on top of Donkey Kong to keep his progress. Like the barrel roll and [[Cartwheel|cartwheel]], the move can be used to cross over gaps, eliminate most enemies in the [[Kong]]s' path, and increase speed. But unlike those signature moves, the Kong Roll proceeds as long as the player shakes the {{button|wii|Wiimote}} and the {{button|wii|Nunchuk}} ({{button|wii|Wiimote}} only for horizontal mode) to move.
