Twist 'n' Out is a Battle mini-game found in Mario Party 5.
This mini-game consists of trying to push the other players or CPUs to the tornado. To do this, the player must hit his or her opponents outside of the safe area (the eye of the tornado) by hitting them with a hammer. The tornado slowly gets smaller as time passes. To win, all the player has to do is to be the last one standing. When and where the hammer hits changes the direction the characters fly when knocked.

Once someone wins, the tornado will disappear and the losers will fall from the sky confused. The cloudy day will turn sunny and the winner will do his or her common dance.
