A Belly Blech Worm is a poisonous worm that appears in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. If one ingests one of these worms, he or she will have their strength and muscle mass dramatically increased. Unfortunately, the person will become overcome with rage and attack anything in sight.
Cackletta made Queen Bean eat a Belly Blech Worm. Queen Bean lost her mind to rage, allowing Cackletta and Fawful to steal the Beanstar. After escaping, Mario and Luigi bested an enraged Queen Bean in combat. Unfortunately, she did not revert to normal, but became unconscious.
Fortunately, Mario and Luigi traveled to Chucklehuck Woods to acquire some Chuckola Reserve, the only way to get rid of an ingested Belly Blech Worm. After administering the cure to Queen Bean, the ruler returned to normal.
