Before Bowser rolls his die, heroes get to choose their respective bingo cards. When they are done choosing their cards, Bowser will start rolling his die. There are ''Mario'' enemies printed on each side of the die - a [[Boo]], a [[Cheep Cheep]], a [[Bob-omb]], an [[Urchin]], a [[Koopa Troopa]] and a [[Goomba]]. When the die is thrown, enemy pictures on players' Bingo Card will be replaced with a red Bowser mark. There are five rounds in total. At the end of the game, Bowser will shoot fireballs at the sky; players will be hit by a number of fireballs, depending on how many lines the bingo card has. The fireballs can hit up to eight times maximum.
To begin the minigame, six bingo cards are shown, each with varying combinations of six enemies from the [[Super Mario (franchise)|''Super Mario'' franchise]]: a [[Boo]], a [[Cheep Cheep]], a [[Bob-omb]], an [[Urchin]], a [[Koopa Troopa]], and a [[Goomba]]. Each member of Team [[Mario]] must pick a bingo card; once they have done so, Bowser is allowed to roll a large [[Dice Block]] with the same enemy pictures as the ones on Team Mario's bingo cards. Whenever an enemy is rolled, all matching pictures on the bingo cards are replaced with a red Bowser [[emblem]] each. If Bowser rolls the same enemy again, nothing happens. If three pictures are matched in a line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal), affected players show sadness as Bowser laughs; from then on, a pink line begins periodically flashing over the relevant Bowser emblems. If every picture on a player's card is marked, the affected player adopts a devastated expression as their pedestal is blacked out for the rest of the minigame. This process is usually done five times; however, if Bowser would eliminate all Team Mario players due to the number of lines made and the number of [[heart (item)|heart]]s left on each player, or all players' cards are fully marked with Bowser emblems (which is possible if there are fewer Team Mario players remaining), any leftover rolls are discarded.
