*Wario does explicitly say this in volume 7, but I would go and say this is also implied in Volume 6, since it's part of the game plot (in volume 6, when Mario returns home, he friendly greets two Flying Goomba that says "we're on Wario's side now, scram", so it's definitly implied): "この国の住人も、草や木も花も、魔法をかけて み~~んな おれの手下にした!" (The inhabitants of this country, the grass, the trees, and the flowers have been magically made into my minions!).

Yeah, Mario does call it "Wario's subordinate" in Volume 6, but, as you say, the fact that a Ragumo is with Luigi, Heavy Zed and the de-hypnotized enemies in volume 10, it's definitly confirmed he was previously hypnotized. However, Volume 6 events of SML2, aren't canon in the manga, since those are anticipations, but are ignored in the next chapter. However, reflect: let's pretend that Bowser hypnotized the Toads into working for him, you would call them "Bowser's subordinates", even if they are obligated to fight on his side, like you can call the hypnotized Koopalings and the Elite Trio "Fawful's subordinates". Also, yeah, in the other Super Mario-kun the Ragumo isn't hypnotized, but that doesn't mean anything, it's another thing (at this point, let's point out how Captain Syrup has a Goom for assistant in SMKun but a Demon Bat in KC Deluxe: that will change ''everything'' for these two species). I say, in both occasion, Ragumo is hypnotized to work for Wario and stop Mario (again: it's the plot of the game, of the manga arc, he cheers for Mario in the final battle... Ragumo ''was'' hypnotized).

So, I made my researches and... the case are two: either Sawada's "pre-SMKun" had just three volumes (all based off SMB:TLL) and never realized the SMB3 part, or the SMB3 part is simply UNFOUNDABLE. The only stuff I can find is about the SMBTLL's three volumes. There's also a third option that could be that maybe the manga is called "Super Mario Bros. 2 (the Lost Levels)" but does contain a SMB3 part, but I can only find covers, the three volume stack and NOTHING ELSE. == A Message for Sdman213 and Mariugi Khed ==
Although I am banned, I do have some things to tell you guys. First of all, for Sdman213, I saw what you did for the manga sections in the Monty Mole species pages and they looked terrible. You removed vital info and entire volumes for no reason (like volumes 10 and 13 of Super Mario-kun and removing the gattai monster info), as well as dumbing down stuff for no reason (like referring to Super Choropū as a generic enlarged Monty Mole when their name was fully confirmed. And considering a Monty Mole in volume 6 that was helping Donkey Kong Jr. win a race as two different Monty Moles when they return to sabotage the race), and finally, you removed anything about design changes for no reason despite mentioning design changes in manga being important. There are many other problems I have with what you did so I do suggest that you revert the all of the manga section edits back to what they were originally (before I got the being banned forever thing) and I hope you understand my problems and I hope you can improve and not do stuff like this again so that the page isn’t messy and bad. For Mariugi Khed, since I am banned, I would like you to help add info for the 4koma manga (starting with 4koma Manga Theater and then 4koma Manga Kingdom) since your really good at helping get info. You can always look at the scans to see any thing you missed. If you do something wrong or anything I can always help tell you what to improve.
