The problems with being a respectful editor are that I don't like the desktop version of this site, I can never work a laptop right and it's easier for me to make a bunch of edits because if I need to shorten a Wikipedia page or more, it's easier to find all of them or that one in a section if I look all over that section. If I turn on desktop mode, I'll have to look all over the page's code for Wikipedia links and that will take so much time, energy, work and effort out of me and I'd have to spend hours and hours on end doing it to a few pages each. But also, my tablet has pop ups no matter where I am and if I lose all that work while still editing, I'll lose every ounce of my sanity. So it's easier this way for me, but I don't want to be a bad editor or a nuisance. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 22:14, February 26, 2020 (EST)

:"I'll have to look all over the page's code for Wikipedia links and that will take so much time"
:There's a helpful little tool called "Search and replace" that shows up when you click the "Advanced" tab on the desktop editing window (it's the magnifying glass icon on the top-right). You can search for all the <nowiki>"[[wikipedia:" and turn it into "{{wp|"</nowiki>. You will have to go through and find the ends of all those links and replace the proper brackets, but it should only take you five minutes at most. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 22:22, February 26, 2020 (EST)
Well, since I completed work on so many pages, I probably won't have to worry about that. But thank you for the helpful information. On another matter, why do we italicize N/A? That's not a game title. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 22:42, February 26, 2020 (EST)
::Assuming you mean N/A as not applicable (or sometimes called non applicable), it's generally because it's a clearer emphasis that something is empty without leaving it blank. [[User:Trig Jegman|Trig]] - 22:45, February 26, 2020 (EST)
I understand what N/A means, but we don't need to have it look crooked if it's not a game, movie, tv show, publication or board game title. I think we should make it look like N/A, rather than ''N/A''  because, yeah. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 22:50, February 26, 2020 (EST)
Use the preview function before actually publishing your edits. After you hit "Next", if there's something that needs fixing, press the back arrow button instead of "Save". {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 19:59, March 1, 2020 (EST)
Ok. Thanks for the tip. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 20:00, March 1, 2020 (EST)
I can't preview the video before saving. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 20:02, March 1, 2020 (EST)
:But you can preview the article before saving. That's when you can see the links, and if a link goes to an error, then you go back and fix it. And you've already been taught how to copy/paste links ''multiple'' times; it would save from all of this if you would just do that. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 20:07, March 1, 2020 (EST)
Desktop mode looks too weird to me. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 20:09, March 1, 2020 (EST)
:This has nothing to do with desktop mode, this is all doable in mobile. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 20:11, March 1, 2020 (EST)
I'm a trash editor. I'm sorry I'm wasting your time. Someone with 10 times more intelligence than me should be editing this wiki. Not me. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 20:14, March 1, 2020 (EST)
:You don't need a high level of intelligence to understand this. The problem is that you just give up at the slightest sight of difficulty, and it gives off the impression that you didn't even ''try''. Doesn't matter if you do it wrong the first time as long as you at least give it a shot, but self-pity isn't going to get you anywhere. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 19:28, March 2, 2020 (EST)
