== Hey ==

As long as you aren't doing anything wrong, you don't need to worry about being a vandal or troll. If you did something wrong, someone will let you know, so you don't need to say that with every message.

That said, when checking information on any wiki (especially wikia), make sure your sources are correct. Luigi definitely didn't debut on a Game Watch seven years after his actual debut, and I never heard of those games. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 21:36, May 22, 2019 (EDT)

I meant Luigi's hammer toss game was the first game to give Luigi his first role without Mario. It was his first solo game. I know you haven't heard of those games. But now you have. I must make sure your knowledge of how many Mario games, donkey kong games, Tetris games and Mario character games that are not Mario's own games there are is expanded along with the knowledge of all the other wiki members. Not that you're dumb, but you just don't have everything covered. I can help this wiki mention all of those games. Please let me help you. We got super Mario bros pinball back on the list! We did it! I have a question. How often should I make edits to the list? [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 12:13, May 23, 2019 (EDT)
:(Apparently a pinball machine counts as an arcade)
:If there's any games missing, they should be added. I don't know if we should include Flash games or not, though. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 12:18, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

We should. And the play Nintendo games. And all the other games I sent you. Including the arcade games. They are all made and endorsed by Nintendo. I'll add some games right now. If a page for a game doesn't exist, please make one. If you wish to find the donkey kong pinball machine with no country in the title that is less common than the donkey kong country pinball machine and both are tabletop electronic pinball games and not life size machines like super Mario bros pinball or super Mario bros mushroom world, or any of the other games I told you about, you can find them through the sources I mentioned. It's a little tricky it seems for me to add new systems and platforms for some of my sent games. So, I need you to add Adobe flash, play Nintendo, the Nintendo arcade series called Nintendo super system, the electronic tabletop pinball machines and project Atlantis. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 12:36, May 23, 2019 (EDT)
:Where are you getting the Game Watch information from, anyway? {{User:Alex95/sig}} 13:35, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

3 sources: list of Mario games Mariowiki fandom powered by wikia (the list of games in alphabetical order), list of games featuring Mario Wikipedia and game watch guys. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 13:44, May 23, 2019 (EDT)
:The wikia and Wikipedia themselves are not valid sources. Who are the Game Watch guys? {{User:Alex95/sig}} 13:45, May 23, 2019 (EDT)
:And looking at Wikipedia's list, there's nothing about Luigi's Hammer Throw, Mario's Egg Catch, or Toadstool's Castle Run. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 13:48, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

I thought they were valid sources. These are real games and their release dates and regions and manufacturers are correct. They were all endorsed by Nintendo. Please trust me and please keep these games on the list. The game watch guys are people on a website called gamewatchguys.com and they archive wrist watch LCD games from different developers. They've done a pretty good job archiving all those tiny little watches and gathering their information. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 13:50, May 23, 2019 (EDT)
:It's not that I don't trust you, it's that I don't trust the source. The Game Watch Guys seem valid as they actually have images of the Game Watches to go with the titles.
:But unless you can prove the titles on Wikia and Wikipedia exist, they aren't going to stay on the list. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 13:53, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

Look up list of Mario games. If you find a page called list of Mario games Mariowiki fandom powered by wikia, click on it. The one that lists the games alphabetically. That page has the 3 games you just told me. Wikipedia doesn't. Wikipedia also doesn't mention Dr Mario game watch, but the game watch guys do. And they seem pretty reliable. :[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6XQByYqkws ahem]. Can't tell if it's official, but it likely is. [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 13:56, May 23, 2019 (EDT)
:Again, Wikia is not a valid source themselves. They can have sources of their own, though, which can be valid.
:Looking more on the Game Watch Guys site, I found watches branded under "Nintendo". These include the three games, with images even, which is all I was asking for. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 13:58, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

Well, Google images can show you the images of all of them except for super Mario bros 2. There's also a YouTube channel called sly dc who uploads videos of game watches and some of them I mentioned are on his channel. Unfortunately, information on the super Mario bros 2 watch is scarce and I can't seem to find any images on it. There might be websites that mention all the other watches. Take off the super Mario bros 2 watch only because the other games have images on Google and reliable sources. If I find anymore information about super Mario bros 2 watch and an image, I'll let you know. I better add other games. Maybe I should edit in extra platforms. It's not that bad. I did 1, I should do the others sometime soon. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 15:27, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

My Mario motors link is leading to the recurring Mario kart element, rather than the build for the unreleased Mario kart game of the same name and I think we should take super Mario world game watch off the toys category and give it a page of it's own. Help me with project Atlantis and virtual boy. I messed up their libraries. Mario's castle is an unreleased game for an unreleased Nintendo console and because of my editing mistake, it says on the list of games organized by system that it was a virtual boy game and none of the virtual boy games are under the virtual boy anymore. What is Super Mario Bros. 3 (Mini Piccadilly)? {{User:Alex95/sig}} 16:53, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

Another game in the toys category that I think should not be there. It's the arcade pachi slot game. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 17:10, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

I added the arcade game called Mario world without the super and the link leads to a place in super Mario RPG: legend of the seven stars. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 21:09, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

I did it. I added all the games. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 09:50, May 24, 2019 (EDT)

I will stop flooding it. But I can't help it if my memory is bad. I just need to make one more platform article with games and that will be it, unless I find more games and systems. I sincerely apologize for causing you so much trouble. I will edit that last platform tomorrow. I should slow down and take a break. And because I probably live in a distant part of the earth, probably thousands of miles away from all of you, time is different all around the world and tomorrow where I live is a certain amount of time away. :Wow. That is incredibly rude.
:Thanks for finding more information on the games, though making the pages to provide sources and information should be the next step. Considering how simple the Game Watch titles are, I wonder if we can just make a large {{fake link|Game Watch}} article... {{User:Alex95/sig}} 12:56, May 28, 2019 (EDT)

I think we can. And if we do, the super Mario bros 3 watch will have to lose it's own page and be with the other game watches on one page. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 13:03, May 28, 2019 (EDT)
:Actually, the way our [[MarioWiki:New articles|coverage]] is regarding individual games is they all get their own pages. [[Super Mario Bros. 3 (game watch)]] has good information and shows an article can stand on its own, but I don't know if this can apply for the rest. I think a Game Watch article can be made, but going over the Game Watches generally with a list of them, not a collection of information on the games.
:This can probably be discussed at a later time, though, once a more solid idea is in place. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 13:12, May 28, 2019 (EDT)

[https://www.mariowiki.com/index.php?title=List_of_games&curid=166693&action=history Please stop making several needless consecutive edits in a short timespan.] Rather than saving these individually, these can be done in one edit. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 21:10, June 22, 2019 (EDT)

Well, I finished correcting the inaccurate release dates and adding all the available ones that originally weren't on the list of games organized by system. And they weren't needless. I could've wrote them all down in a memo pad and edited lots down on the list altogether, but that would've taken a long time and I wanted to get the work done quickly. As long as we keep this list neatly organized with no inaccurate, missing or jumbled release dates, we won't have to worry about any future minor edits being made. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 21:20, June 22, 2019 (EDT)

:"Edited lots down on the list altogether": That's exactly what I'm suggesting you should do instead. Yes they are unnecessary, because you could have done all of that in one go. It might take longer for you (tbh having the list somewhere and changing them all at once would take approximately the same amount of time), but as I said before, there's ''no rush'' in getting these up. Publishing too many edits that could have been saved with one bulk just floods the article's history page as well as the [[Special:RecentChanges|recent changes]] (especially since mobile edits cannot be filtered out), making navigation through these pages more difficult than if there weren't any. If this keeps up, you could receive a warning. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 21:42, June 22, 2019 (EDT)

But the reminder I got wasn't from an administrator. And the guy that sent it said it was a fake one. The next edits I make will be bigger. If there are more to edit. So, I have no reason to keep making these miniscule edits because I just finished. I apologize for causing so much trouble. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 22:04, June 22, 2019 (EDT)
:"Reminder wasn't from an admin"
:Any member can hand out a warning.
:"the guy that sent it said it was a fake one"
:Wait, what... ... ...Well, overturning that, I guess.
:Still, making your edits on a Word document for example is a good idea for a large scale edits. Just copy the page coding, edit it, and then paste it all back in one large edit. Or just edit the whole page in one go, using multiple tabs and Show preview to get around if you need to. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 00:49, June 23, 2019 (EDT)

Ok. Did you see what link did? Unbelievable. I worked so hard trying to perfect this page and what does he do? He reverts many of our edits like they're mistakes. This is coming from the same guy who I told about the Nintendo super visor. And he added that to the wiki. He did me a favor. If anyone on this wiki is in favor of his banning, say I. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 09:57, June 14, 2019 (EDT)
:He doesn't get a ban for that. Anyone can change information on the wiki, though I agree it should've been discussed with you first. == Re:Too far ==

''Ideas'' don't really belong on the list of games since they never officially entered a phase of production where they can actually be considered canceled. If we document every time a concept entered the head of a Nintendo employee or potential licensee (which would be fruitless), that would heavily bloat the existing list, and we already have a section on the list of unreleased media where known pitches neatly fit. Same goes for the tech demos - they aren't designed for the public and already have their own article. Your contributions are appreciated, but this basically goes with the rule of [[MarioWiki:Once and only once|once and only once]]. I am curious what you meant by "Shampoo Bottle" however (note that the "list of games" is meant for ''video'' games). == Re:Another page ==

You should ask an admin about that, but I'm pretty sure information about unofficial media can almost be an entirely different wiki itself. The closest is the list of ''Mario'' knockoffs acknowledged by Nintendo. [[User:LinkTheLefty|LinkTheLefty]] ([[User talk:LinkTheLefty|talk]]) 15:36, June 14, 2019 (EDT)
:You're not the first user to ask this question, and likely won't be the last. We aren't covering any unofficial material that isn't acknowledged by Nintendo, which includes bootlegs and second-hand products. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 16:01, June 14, 2019 (EDT)

== Shampoo bottle ==

I looked these shampoo bottles up; they look more like toys than actual games to me, as far as the little "game" you play in the small screen on the bottle goes. If you find images and sources to prove their authenticity, then you may add them somewhere in the [[Gallery:Toys|Toys]] or [[Gallery:Miscellaneous merchandise|Miscellaneous merchandise]] gallery. Otherwise, I don't think they belong in the [[list of games]] or deserve to have their own articles, especially since they all work exactly the same... {{User:Bye Guy/Sig}} 17:02, June 14, 2019 (EDT)

==Tips==

I see you're ''very'' enthusiastic about adding cancelled and obscure content on pages. That's all very nice but I gotta give you some pointers, because you need them.

*'''Make sure the content you add fits''': LinkTheLefty's decision to revert your edit on the [[List of games]] was entirely justified: it's a list of video games, it's in the name. Adding ideas that were floating around the office without going any legitimate steps of production, tech demos and soap bar things with water games is outside the scope of the page. There's also multiple instances of you adding homebrew creations that had no involvement from Nintendo or its licensees, which is explicitely outside the wiki's coverage. Before adding content, make sure to properly determine it makes sense for it to be there on the page and the level of information that is appropriate for the page you're adding it to. A page like [[Mario (franchise)]] shouldn't have complete plot summaries and list of everythings in games for example, just concicse summaries of what's notable about it.
*'''Familiarize yourself with wiki markup''': From your fumbling on the [[List of unreleased media]], it's rather obvious you don't quite understand how to input wiki templates and how they're used. Everything in [[:Category:Policies]] and [[Help:Contents]] will help you get up to speed.
*'''Make use of proper sourcing''': When adding content, make sure hard details are '''sourced''', and please use credible ones: justifying an edit with "This is what the Wikipedia page on X says" as you've done on many page is '''unacceptable'''. [[MarioWiki:Citations]] explains our policy, but really, I'd recommend looking at the infinity of online ressources regarding properly journalistic sourcing etiquette and what consitutes a good source. Trust me, it'll help.
*'''Fix your attitude''': I get being upset when your edits are reverted or when there's a policy you disagree with. We've all been there. But flipping out and calling to ban another user for reverting one of your edit (as you did above) or making threats is not going to work, and you're not going to last long if you can't show a willingness to deal with others in good faith. Bragging statements like "''[...] I've been very helpful in adding missing content. I hope you're all grateful for that. I don't need any notices, warnings or bans. Without me, you guys wouldn't have this stuff covered.'' aren't going to endear you to other editors either. Being protective of your additions is especially silly, because, well, ''nothing'' you do here belongs to you (and if you don't know why I'm saying that, I recommend looking at the helpful link at the bottom of every page).

Really, you shouldn't make it your mission to "popularize" stuff: adding legit stuff that's not yet on the wiki and putting it everywhere applicable is dandy, but generally, making sure your additions are of a high level quality and actually make sense to be where you put them should be priortized over being The First to add something to the internet. With all that said, happy editing. --[[User:Glowsquid|Glowsquid]] ([[User talk:Glowsquid|talk]]) 22:20, June 14, 2019 (EDT)

About the Mario ice capades summary, all I wanted to do was make sure I didn't write 2 or 3 lines. It's because I'm autistic that all of this is happening. I have hormonal and mental imbalances. I apologize for my strange behavior, but I don't wanna let every Mario fan down. If I had a computer, it'd be easier to credit my sources, but I'll try to improve. He's compiled all available information into these posts. Most has been lost to time, but it's possible more information can be found today. If you want to make the pages that aren't already there, you can; all the available information is there. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 18:32, June 17, 2019 (EDT)

You're still not sourcing your info on obscure material, not even mentioning anything in the summary. I... honestly don't see how this is stressful at all. All you need to do is put a link to where you found the information between <nowiki><ref> and </ref></nowiki> tags. While they ''are'' more suited to the game's pages themselves, they will work on the List of games page.

I'm out of time to talk, I have to get to a dentist appointment. I'll say more when I return. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 11:41, June 19, 2019 (EDT)

The super Mario bros electronic water game and the donkey kong electronic water game will show up on an Amazon page if you look up the company that made them: play2O. You can find super Mario bros electronic pinball on eBay if you look up super Mario bros electronic pinball. Same goes for if you search super Mario 64 electronic pinball. It will also be on eBay. Same goes for the electronic pinball machine called donkey kong country. It will also be on eBay. And dkvine.tumblr.com. However, donkey kong electronic pinball (without the country) will be on Flickr.com and you can find both donkey kong pinball machines on Google images. But the super Mario world electronic pinball machine will show up if you search super Mario world pinball playtime worthpoint. You will then be shown a result that has the super Mario world electronic pinball machine on a website called worthpoint and it will incorrectly label the release date as 1988. Click that link and once you are in that website and looking at that machine, scroll down the page to find a related page in the website that has another picture and article on super Mario world electronic pinball while you are still in the worthpoint website and click on it and it will show you the correct release date: 1992. I'll give you the arcade game information on the games borp was ignorant of in a separate message. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 15:13, June 19, 2019 (EDT)

:In response to your message on my page, you are and you aren't doing anything wrong. It's great that you found obscure information and are wanting to help document it, but it's taking up a lot of time for others to find and people have other things to do. The fact that you don't have a way to copy links yourself and are continuously making reference mistakes are causing the motivation of others to find these things to drop.
:Again, since you know where to look, you can wait until you have access to a proper device that can copy urls and edit easier. The information you found will still be there most likely. It's not that we don't want to help, it's the constant "Keep looking"s, "Just do this for me"s, and overall vagueness.
:I'm sorry. I know at this point, you can't do this alone. But it's also difficult for others to work with vague instructions. Try to record where you found them on paper or computer document, and come back to them once you have a proper device. A lot was done already, but it's been difficult to keep it up. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 18:13, June 26, 2019 (EDT)

Well, some of the work has been done. FanOfYoshi created an image file for me for tobetobe Mario and trig jegman did the same with that Mario and yoshi seesaw. I'm sorry for asking all of you to help me, but I need to get this stuff off the ground ASAP. And I'm not gonna wait until I own a computer. That will take too long. Alex95 mentioned that I've been pushing people to do difficult tasks concerning finding obscure Mario stuff without being specific of where I got my sources or where to get that stuff. Well, I thought about telling them more specific details. I need you to please help me with 2 more non games and then 3 games that are on the list of games organized by system and have broken references. The non games first. They are the Mario and yoshi versions of super Mario ride, which are officially licensed battery cars with steering wheels and no roofs. They were made by Banpresto and they are kinda small, so they can hold kids. There are seats in these battery cars. These can be found on Google images. The Mario version is a kind of square looking battery car. It's yellow and it has a small Mario figure on the top and pointing. On the front are a white circle and a red M in the middle. The yoshi version is green because it's yoshi's body. On the machine's left side are a galoomba, a toad head with a candy cane-like patterned mushroom as the top part of the toad's head and growing out of that top is a white mushroom with red speckles. The way I figured out to make it easy for people to find? These battery cars will be on Google images. If you have the color setting to choose which color images you want to see, click red for the Mario one and green for the yoshi one. Try to get images of those battery cars with no anime girls on them. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 21:42, June 26, 2019 (EDT)

If you see a yellow car with a tiny Mario figure on top, that's the Mario one. The green one is shaped like yoshi. Please help me with this. == RE:Help ==

What do you have in mind, specifically? {{User:Toadette the Achiever/sig}} 13:22, June 27, 2019 (EDT)

Banpresto was a company that had a strong relationship with Nintendo and under their license, made many toys, games and amusement vehicles. 2 of those vehicles are called battery cars and they came out in 1993 exclusively in Japan. They are both called super Mario ride and there are 2 versions: a Mario version and a yoshi version. There is a Twitter account called @yamapen3 and they have posted many obscure arcade games and other stuff. Their posts can be found on Twitter and Google images. They also have a YouTube channel that I can't read. What I need you to do first is use the Google search engine to look up @yamapen3, go to images, click the color option for red and look for a yellow square shaped car with a small Mario figure built on the top and pointing up. The car will also have a white circle in the front and in that white circle will be a red capital M. But beware. Many times @yamapen3 will post their anime girl profile pictures on their finds, which makes it hard to see the full machine of whatever they paste those characters over. If an image of the battery car I described to you shows up with those characters pasted on it, go past that picture, scroll down and you will find that same car with no pasted characters on it. Show it to me on this talk page and I'll let you know if it's the right picture. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 13:52, June 27, 2019 (EDT)
:Sounds straightforward enough. I'll do it at my earliest convenience. {{User:Toadette the Achiever/sig}} 13:58, June 27, 2019 (EDT)

In case something happens, I want to get the yoshi battery car out to you as fast as possible. It can be found on Google images if you once again search for @yamapen3 on Google images, but this time click the color option for green and look for a kind of round car that's yoshi's body and on the car's left are a galoomba, a toad head with a candy cane-like patterned top and a white mushroom with red speckles growing out of that top. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 18:06, June 28, 2019 (EDT)
:Hi. Sorry I'm late about this, but is [https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DTqlgpTVwAATFc5.jpg this] what you're looking for? The description you gave me doesn't quite match up, but it has Mario regardless, so I don't know...
:<font color=#eeeeee>P.S.: The anime girl images are clearly Katie Forester (the one with the ponytail) and Lily Adams (the one with the glasses), both from the ''Yo-kai Watch'' franchise.</font>

No, it's not the one. I am aware however, who the anime girls are. Keep searching. It's shaped like a square and it's yellow in color. It has a white circle and a red M in the middle. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 01:23, July 5, 2019 (EDT)

== RE: Arcade games, and "temporary ban" ==

First of all, [[Special:Diff/2705195|you don't make the rules here]]. Even if this was meant to be a joke, it's off-putting for other editors that see the summary and make legitimate edits. If you were being serious, that should be ran through a [[MarioWiki:Proposals|proposal]] first, not something you suddenly decide to enforce. I don't know why you decided to remove information without talking to anyone about it and then claim that anyone adding it back should be blocked, but you don't even have the power to place a block on anyone.

Second of all, in regards to the removed information, it stays. It is placed on the [[List of games]] alongside the [[List of unreleased media]] because we have enough information on the game that was actually meant to be released. There's no problem with showing those games there, as they are different from tech demos and pitches, which would otherwise fit on the List of unreleased media or [[Tech Demo]] pages. You do ''not'' remove that much content without discussing it with the community first.

Third... Fine, I'll give searching another go, but not today or this weekend. Maybe on Monday. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 20:46, July 4, 2019 (EDT)

Porplemontage told me unreleased games should not be on the list of games. I was following his orders. I'm ok with Monday. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 20:51, July 4, 2019 (EDT)
:...I completely forgot about that discussion, I apologize. Still, that really should be a community discussion. They can fit - or are already - on the List of unreleased media, but it's... actually not very apparent that list exists on the [[List of games]] page. If you think something needs fixing here, making a [[MarioWiki:Proposal|proposal]] is the way to go, but I don't think canceled content should be outright removed from that page. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 20:59, July 4, 2019 (EDT)

Well, porplemontage removed it all. If you have time to look at those arcade games, I'll give you some details of what they look like. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 12:04, July 8, 2019 (EDT)

Again, [[Special:Diff/2711342|this is not up to you]]. Continue saying stuff like this and you will receive a warning yourself. Also, I fixed the reference. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 16:12, July 11, 2019 (EDT)

Thank you. If Mario jc wasn't such a bully telling me that I can't add it without a picture and then removing it, then I'd be just fine. But I won't try to enforce the rules anymore. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 16:21, July 11, 2019 (EDT)

Super Mario light up candy fan. Super Mario maker gummies by Bandai. New super Mario bros Wii chewing gum. Mario Lunchables. Donkey kong ice cream bar by PAULS. Super Mario ice lolly by Wall's, released in 1993. Super Mario ice cream bar by Pop sicle. Nintendo ice cream sandwiches based on super Mario bros 2. Super Mario chocolate lollipop. Super Mario bros Kinder surprise eggs. Honey bunches of oats made to promote super Mario Odyssey. Super Mario bros chocolate n' crisp chocolate bar. Super Mario bros 3 chocolate chip swirl cookies by Salerno. That same company made a maze on paper and based it around super Mario bros 3. I'll put that maze in the list of publications. Also, I looked up super Mario Coca-Cola on Google images and found the super Mario cola without the coca alongside other Mario sodas. So, there are about 3 of those sodas in 1 series. I also found a game boy advance gummy candy container. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 23:07, July 8, 2019 (EDT)

A lot. I'm not sure if Toadette the archiver is still helping me trying to find those battery cars. And of course there's way too much merchandise to count, but super Mario fan 67 is helping me with that part. Alex95 might be helping me with those 3 remaining arcade games on the list of games organized by system. But if something goes wrong, we need a place to house that information. A list. What should we call it? [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 10:03, July 10, 2019 (EDT)
:What you could do is create a sandbox page at [[User talk:Lord Falafel/sandbox]] and put your list there so you can organize everything, then as we find images for stuff on there and when it’s ready, we transfer it over to the gallery. I think that would’ve a good idea as it would allow us to easily see what all we are missing and what we need images for without interfering with mainspace pages. --{{User:Supermariofan67/sig}} 10:44, July 10, 2019 (EDT)

Please remember to ''italicize'' game and publication titles. This is done by placing two apostrophes (not quotation marks) on both sides of the title, outside of any links. I did pay my respects. And where are you? Banned from the wiki, because of your actions. You're not qualified to be one of us. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 23:09, July 13, 2019 (EDT)

==Warning==
{{warning|2=disruptive behavior}}
Your message above was incredibly rude, as well as [[User talk:Lord Falafel#RE:Arcade games, and "temporary ban"|your message here]]. The latter message insulted a bureaucrat, calling him a "bully" when he was just doing his job. You also removed the Displaytitle and rules on {{User|HEROWALUIGI}}'s talk page to, and I quote, "give him a taste of his own medicine". Continue with this behavior and you will be blocked from editing by an admin, most likely. {{User:TheDarkStar/sig}} 23:38, July 13, 2019 (EDT)

I understand your frustration with that user, but comments like "you're not qualified to be one of us" are very rude, and your statement comes across as arrogant. Please stop doing this. Also btw, I'm sorry I haven't gotten your images yet. I've been pretty busy with my ''Super Mario Galaxy 2'' project, and I'll hopefully get around to it next week. Sorry to keep you waiting. --{{User:Supermariofan67/sig}} 23:41, July 13, 2019 (EDT)

You're right. I also insulted link the lefty once, a while back. I'm a terrible person. I'm sorry. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 23:43, July 13, 2019 (EDT)

Just beaten to the warning but I will post my intended message anyway. You've been reminded about making discourteous comments already. Your comment above to HEROWALUIGI was very rude, and your recent behaviour both on his and TheDarkStar's talk pages directly go against what's outlined under "insert themselves into disciplinary measures being taken by the admins." on [[MarioWiki:Courtesy]], which is just as bad and the sort of behaviour that earns you a warning yourself. Drop the attitude. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 23:43, July 13, 2019 (EDT)

Don't worry, super Mario fan 67. I'm a pretty patient person. If you're busy, that's alright. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 23:44, July 13, 2019 (EDT)

I'll drop it. I won't do it again. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 23:46, July 13, 2019 (EDT)

:It's alright, and please don't think you're an awful person; you're really not. Accepting responsibility for your actions and moving on from them (which you did) makes you a great person. I know you have good intentions, and as long as you don't let stuff like that happen again, everything will be okay! --{{User:Supermariofan67/sig}} 00:09, July 14, 2019 (EDT)

== RE: Super Mario Club ==

Your messages always seem to suggest you're not capable of doing something, yet this is the same thing you said about referencing before you started doing it. Any device regardless of whether it's on mobile or computer should still be able to upload. Have you not tried [[Special:Upload]] yet? {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 21:03, July 15, 2019 (EDT)

No. It's not for brains like mine. It's too complicated. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 22:13, July 15, 2019 (EDT)

Plus, I'm terrible at referencing. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 22:14, July 15, 2019 (EDT)
:...no? Special:Upload works like this: you save an image you find, you set "Destination filename" to whatever you'd like it to be called, you type a summary in the aboutfile, you categorize it, and you select a license from the drop-down menu. And you can indent comments by putting a colon (:) at the start of your comment. {{User:TheDarkStar/sig}} 22:29, July 15, 2019 (EDT)

That's probably for smart and educated people who went to college and stayed for a few years. Not me. As much as I'd like to, I can't. But hopefully we won't need to worry about that if I find more people to help me upload images to this site. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 22:37, July 15, 2019 (EDT)
:Thing is, people may get tired of constantly being told to upload images for you. Try hold-tapping on an image to open up the mobile equivalent of the right-click menu. "Save image" should be one of the options there. Then follow the instructions I listed, and you'll be good to go! {{User:TheDarkStar/sig}} 22:41, July 15, 2019 (EDT)
::It's also worth noting that this insistence you're "terrible at everything" is going to wear on people's nerves fast - it doesn't take a college degree to figure out the basic aspects of a wiki, and whether you intend it or not, you may come across as abusing people's goodwill. --{{User:Lord Grammaticus/sig}} 23:02, July 15, 2019 (EDT)

I thought people helped each other on the wiki, but I guess not. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 23:11, July 15, 2019 (EDT)

:Yes, people don't bother helping each other on this wiki, which is totally the reason we're trying to ''help you'' figure out how to upload images on this site and demonstrate how simple it is.

This is more or less demonstrating that thing I was just talking about. --{{User:Lord Grammaticus/sig}} 23:15, July 15, 2019 (EDT)

== Titles ==

You don't need to ''italicise'' company names like [[Nintendo]] or [[Capcom]].

Also, with article titles that have identifiers like "[[Super Mario Bros. (Game & Watch)|''Super Mario Bros.'' (Game & Watch)]]", we don't need to show the part in brackets, so you just add a vertical bar before the square brackets: <code><nowiki>''[[Super Mario Bros. (Game & Watch)|]]''</nowiki></code> (which becomes ''[[Super Mario Bros. (Game & Watch)|Super Mario Bros.]]'') {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 21:07, July 16, 2019 (EDT)

Ok. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 22:02, July 16, 2019 (EDT)

for further indentation. Let me know if I need to clarify. Thanks! {{User:TheDarkStar/sig}} 18:54, July 17, 2019 (EDT)

What's the purpose of this? [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 19:00, July 17, 2019 (EDT)
:So it's immediately noticeable that you're continuing a discussion. {{User:TheDarkStar/sig}} 19:01, July 17, 2019 (EDT)

Is hitting the space bar an option, too? [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 19:04, July 17, 2019 (EDT)
:Nope. You ident to follow a conversation, and separate your comment with a line gap to make a different conversation that is still related to the talk page's sub-section. So hitting the space bar means that you are making a different conversation. {{User:Doomhiker/sig}} 19:05, July 17, 2019 (EDT)

:Like this? [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 19:06, July 17, 2019 (EDT)
::Like that. Each indented comment should normally have one more colon than the last one. {{User:TheDarkStar/sig}} 19:08, July 17, 2019 (EDT)
:::Not really. You cannot a line gap between comments. Indented comments need to be only a single space under the last comment, with no space in between. :If the list needs to be fixed, in can be done without saying someone needs blocked. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 18:16, July 19, 2019 (EDT)
::In addition, the point of Wikipedia being 'unreliable' is that it's a wiki like this one, and thus shouldn't be cited as a '''source.''' Copying lists from it is a different matter altogether, one that (as Alex indicated) can be solved without the imperious tone demonstrated, much less claims that are false themselves (I went digging and turns out, the [[Nelsonic Game Watch]] does in fact have those games that you removed from the list). Don't presume bad faith where there might not be any. --{{User:Lord Grammaticus/sig}} 18:21, July 19, 2019 (EDT) 18:20, July 19, 2019 (EDT)

I'm not a good person. Look at all the trouble I caused. It doesn't matter if I apologize. I cannot redeem myself. This wiki needs good people. Not individuals like me. Good members don't get reminders, warnings or last warnings. Unless they learn from their mistakes, which I can't seem to. I'm not qualified to be one of you. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 18:23, July 19, 2019 (EDT)
:That's not true. You are a good person, and just because you went a bit over the top on a fan-wiki does not change that. You did not cause that much trouble. There are '''plenty''' of good members that got many reminders, warnings, and last warnings: some even got blocked. You can learn from your mistakes. Other users learned from their mistakes after being blocked, even. You are qualified. Please stop putting yourself down. {{User:Doomhiker/sig}} 18:29, July 19, 2019 (EDT)
::You do good work, and you can improve. The biggest thing to make sure of is that you don't try to assume more power than you actually have. Try talking things out first on a talk page, or ask someone else before you use stronger phrases. Especially, '''don't make threats you can't carry out'''. Most of the higher-ups are probably not going to block just because you ask. You need to provide specific proof as to why, and such proof needs to actually follow policy. Secondarily and personally, if I were you, I would take a little break, sorta refresh your mind and all, and come back with individualistic and smaller scale edits and such. This might make things feel a little less stressful, which this seems to somewhat bring you. [[User:Trig Jegman|Trig]] - 18:37, July 19, 2019 (EDT)

Lord grammaticus, I said false information and games with no written pages. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 18:24, July 19, 2019 (EDT)

:Five minutes of searching confirms that most of the games you removed (which were Game Watch games) do in fact exist, that we don't have pages on them is no real indicator of anything. And why are we a fan-wiki? Why aren't we getting attention from Nintendo and Rareware? Why aren't we a subsidiary? Why haven't they made an encyclopedia on our hard work? Are we worthless to them? Does our editing mean nothing? I want this wiki to be here for a purpose. One that gets published. Not a site that just exists. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 18:35, July 19, 2019 (EDT)

:...yeah, I'm sensing an excess of ambition and, frankly, ''completely unrealistic expectations'' on your part. We do this because we enjoy it and because we want to be a good source of information for the franchise. MarioWiki's already considered the best such wiki in that regard, we don't '''need''' to be a subsidiary to be as effective as we've been. Where is this even coming from? --{{User:Lord Grammaticus/sig}} 18:40, July 19, 2019 (EDT)

:::''"Why haven't they made an encyclopedia on our hard work?"'' {{br}}

== Whatever that was on TheDarkStar's talk page ==

I'm not entirely sure what [[User_talk:TheDarkStar#Italicize|this paragraph]] means. HEROWALUIGI broke rules and was banned for it, yes, what about it? And I never removed ''Virtual Boy Wario Land'' from the List of games (in fact, it's still there), and I'm well aware it's a released game. The level of communication here is terrible. People are trying to help you, but your own limitations and unwillingness to get things done yourself are making things difficult for others to work with. Especially with the several directions and descriptions you've given me, it is still difficult and time-consuming to find what it is you are talking about.

Definitely go back over your [[#Tips|Tips]] section Glowsquid told you about, especially when it comes to your attitude. People are willing to help, but your claims of being unable to do simple things yourself is getting - or already are - tedious, I'm pretty sure even to yourself. If you still want to help, but can't edit properly on your device after this long (I don't know what device that is, ''everything'' should come with some kind of copying ability nowadays), then find a device that works. {{User:Alex95/sig}} 19:39, July 21, 2019 (EDT)

I meant virtual boy wario land for the 3DS. And I'm using a Samsung tablet. If they make or have made a mobile device that automatically reads urls and file names the way computers do, I want that. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 19:43, July 21, 2019 (EDT)

:Editing from tablets isn't much more difficult than a 'regular' computer, at the least not in my experience. --{{User:Lord Grammaticus/sig}} 19:46, July 21, 2019 (EDT)

:What is tripping you up exactly? I have the same device and for any website (for any device), you just highlight the URL, tap/hold it and select "Copy". (If you're on the YouTube app, click "Share" on the video you're sourcing and select "Copy Link".) After copying, tap/hold where you want to add it and select "Paste". {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 01:12, July 22, 2019 (EDT)

I haven't had much experience with that. Plus, I want every editor on this wiki to help one another. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 01:59, July 22, 2019 (EDT)

:That doesn't mean you can't do it. There's a difference between seeking assistance from other users and deliberately asking other users to do things ''for'' you that you're capable of doing yourself. The whole idea of the wiki in itself has always been editors helping each other. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 02:33, July 22, 2019 (EDT)

== Re: Mario Bros. ports ==

[[Mario Bros. There's a difference between Mario bros and Mario bros special. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 08:16, July 22, 2019 (EDT)

== Re:Play Nintendo games ==

That's great! I work on pages I plan to make in [[User:Obsessive Mario Fan/Sandbox|my own sanbox]], which has a lot in it at the moment. One thing: the names of the Play Nintendo games' articles don't use their name that appears in the box that links to them, but rather the page's name on the tab it's in (For example: Not ''Do you know how to party?'', but ''Super Mario Party Fun Trivia Quiz''). Otherwise, good job on expanding the [[List of games]]! {{User:Obsessive Mario Fan/sig}} 09:06, July 22, 2019 (EDT)

== RE: Other videos ==

== Images ==

When adding non-gallery images, please remember to place them in thumbnails, otherwise they appear [https://imgur.com/79XgUjK in their original file size] on the page in desktop view (e.g. <code><nowiki>[[File:KorokoroParty2.jpg|thumb]]</nowiki></code>, with "<tt>|thumb</tt>" at the end). [[Help:Image]] has more details on adding images to articles.

Also, only titles for games, series, books etc. are ''italicised'', not character names. So "''Mario''" when referring to the series is formatted this way; "Mario" the character is not. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 21:17, August 2, 2019 (EDT)

I do. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 20:36, August 3, 2019 (EDT)

:Also, wouldn't it be much easier to just paste the actual URL of the pages you're referencing instead of just their title? --{{User:Lord Grammaticus/sig}} 23:08, August 3, 2019 (EDT)

I can't. It's too hard. If I had a computer, it'd be easier. Once I get one, I'll be a much better editor. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 23:26, August 3, 2019 (EDT)

:I know it's a bit after the fact, but I'm pretty sure that isn't gonna fly anymore. If you can copy the title of a video or article, you're more than capable of copying the LINK to it and pasting it there at minimum, if not copying both in some manner. I'm trying to phrase this in the least inflammatory manner possible, but there's a certain point where it's going to feel like you're not really trying to apply the minimum effort being asked of you - which, contrary to what you may or may not believe, isn't all that much. And I think we've hit that point. --{{User:Lord Grammaticus/sig}} 03:06, August 4, 2019 (EDT)

If I can't see urls, I can't copy them. It's very hard without a computer. All I do with YouTube videos is write down the names onto the super Mario wiki. I don't copy and paste. [[User:Lord Falafel|Lord Falafel]] ([[User talk:Lord Falafel|talk]]) 15:33, August 18, 2019 (EDT)
:To copy URLs for videos, hold tap on the links and then tap on "Copy link address" in the menu that comes up. :Also going to need proof for that claim on the traffic safety video. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 22:20, August 18, 2019 (EDT)
