Aerodent is a gray mouse ghost that hides inside an inflated bear balloon. When fully inflated, this balloon is out of [[Wario]]'s reach. From this safe vantage, Aerodent drops [[Pin enemy|pin enemies]] in an attempt to harm [[Wario]]. Wario can stun these enemies by jumping on their heads, flipping it upside down so its pin is pointing upwards. [[Wario Land 4#Wario's moves|Throwing]] the enemy up at the bottom of the teddy bear will deflate it - it must hit the soft patch in order for a successful hit, as if it is too close to the leg area, the hit will be unsuccessful and Wario must repeat this process again.
