The answer is no, but it's possible at the same time. The tool I use is called "Free Look". It can be enabled in Dolphin and in some N64 plugins (I don't remember which). To enable it in Dolphin, go to the 'Menu > Optons > Graphic Settings > Advanced > Utility > Free Look' and click on the check box. Also, check that you don't have WASD and right mouse click mapped as controls. Close and reopen emulator.
