I advise refraining from moving files unless the file name is really bad, which is against [[MarioWiki:Image use policy|Image Use Policy]]. Most file names are fine anyways. If you do move, you have to modify each page that references the file by its old name and tag the redirect the move leaves behind with {{tem|delete}}. If you can't edit a page referencing a file, either don't move the file to begin with or ask a sysop for assistance. This next thing is a pet peeve of mine but I hate to see [[Special:WantedFiles]] become even more useless than it already is. Other editors don't see the value in that special maintenance page but I do.
