Mario Maker is an upcoming platformer game unique in its gender: it allows the player to make their own levels. It allows to insert blocks, enemies, items and more from the original Super Mario Bros.. Unlike all past Mario platformes, in this game all the levels have a default time of 999. All types of levels are allowed. There are some new modified power-ups, like a Super Mushrom slimmer than usual that makes Mario to evolve into its Super form but also makes Mario slimmer. The game also offers to switch between Super Mario Bros. interface and the New Super Mario Bros. U look. The game was annonced at the E3 2014. It is set to be released within 2015.

Trivia

• Probabily Nintendo makes this game to prevent people downloading the illegal Super Mario Bros. X, giving them a Nintendo-made level editor.
