Mini Pauline toys were introduced in ''[[Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem!]]'' as a special limited edition that could be introduced later in the game for normal play. The '''Mini Paulines''' are [[Pauline]] toys sold by the [[Mario Toy Company]]. They appear in ''[[Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem!]]'' During the game, they are given to the first 100 guests in the park. [[Donkey Kong]] tries to obtain one, but is customer number 101, causing him to go on a rampage and kidnap full-scale Pauline when Mario says that there are no more left. After the player beats the Plus Mode, he or she will witness the second ending, where Mario finally gives Donkey Kong a Mini Pauline. Like all the other Minis besides [[Mini Mario (Mario vs. Donkey Kong)|Mini Mario]]s, they are sealed in a capsule and can be freed when Mini Mario touches them.

Mini Pauline play just like the other mini toys and towards the same goal of solving each puzzle and reaching the star at the end.
In ''[[Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move]]'' after playing each minigame in Minigames Mode, the player can unlock Mini Paulines to use in every mode except Mingames Mode where only [[Mini Mario]] is playable. Mini Pauline play the same as the other mini toys.
In this appearance Mini Pauline has had a slight redesign, no longer having dress traps, pink lips and ball instead of "C" shaped hands and a more updated hair and body shape. In the Toy Collection mode of ''[[Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move]]'' Mini Pauline also has her own version of the games theme song that introduces more guitar and soft rock elements to the tune. Furthermore, as a homage to ''[[Pauline]]'' early and more recent appearances Mini Pauline will shout "Help Help" when she is in danger and agin the the Toy Collection Mode will waive at the player similar to how Pauline herself had done in '[[Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis]]'' during the opening scenes.
