In this stage, there are keys and doors in the leftmost, rightmost, fourth and sixth columns. On the leftmost and rightmost columns, each pair of key and door have two viruses in between while [[crate]]s are placed below doors with its keys stacked in the middle columns. Five exploders are each in the second and eighth columns.

Prior to version 2.0.0, the stage layout was different. Previously, this stage contains two groups of viruses that are surrounded by crates of maximum durability at the bottom and sides, with two keys outside of it. 

The capsule amount is increased from 20 to 23 since version 2.1.0. Besides that, this stage is otherwise the same.

[[Shell|Shells]] and pop cannons are available to help clear the path.

Prior to version 1.3.5, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
* Capsule amount is increased from 41 to 45.
* [[Exploder|Exploders]] are added directly above the keys, replacing crates.
* The virus in the top-left is changed to a floatie virus while the virus directly below it, originally a floatie virus, is changed to a regular virus.
* Two additional viruses are added directly above the bottom-most row of boxes.
* The bottom-most row of crates now require two hits to be broken instead of three.

Prior to March 18, 2021, the stage layout was different. The following changes were made:
* Capsule amount is reduced from 45 to 32.

This stage contains colorful crates scattered around the stage with viruses around them. Brick Blocks and doors will be visible as the stage scrolls.

When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the [[Star Bunny]] assistant upon completing this stage.

|align=left|Starting with 40 capsules, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses (58) and collect all keys (24). 

There are three parts in this stage, and each part consists of viruses on each column obstructing the key from reaching the door. 

This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared or enough capsules are added to the stage and will stop after 12 lines are introduced. 

Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins, and as of Version 1.2.0, [[Luma (species)|Dr. Luma]] is also awarded.

Prior to version 2.2.0, the stage layout was different. The following changes were being made since:
* Capsule amount is reduced from 50 to 40.
* The keys and doors in the middle column are removed or replaced. The second door is replaced by a Brick Block, while the topmost key is replaced by a virus.
* In the initial screen of this stage before the stage scrolls, the viruses are moved up two spaces.
* The pink lock block is moved from the eighth-revealed row to the last-revealed row, where it is changed to fully-frozen. A virus is placed where the pink lock block used to be.
