World 1-3 starts off with a small, empty field, immediately followed by three large trees, with the highest one containing three coins and a Little Goomba. After this are a few more trees, along with a few floating coins. The highest tree has a set of four coins and a red Koopa Troopa. Following this are a few more trees, highest one containing three coins, along with a lone ? Block containing a Magic Mushroom or Fire Flower. After a few more trees, a horizontally moving lift and some coins can be found over a pit. Past this are a few more trees, three of them aligned in a row with little gaps in between. The leftmost of these three trees homes a Little Goomba. After this is a little stretch of land containing two Little Goombas and a lone green Koopa Troopa. Following this are a few more trees, along with some floating coins, which leads to a section with many red Koopa Paratroopas moving vertically. Beside these Koopa Paratroopas are many ? Blocks and Hidden Blocks, with the leftmost ? Block containing a Magic Mushroom or Fire Flower. Past these are a few more trees, highest containing five coins, which leads to the final stretch of land. A set of ten Brick Blocks and coins hover over this land, with some Hidden Blocks to the left of it to reach it. Three Little Goombas wander below, which leads to a massive Hard Block staircase, immediately followed by the ending flagpole.
