Windblown Wilderness is | Windblown Wilderness is Level 2-3 of Yoshi's Island DS.
It is the first level of the game set in a Wild West-type background. As the name suggests, the level focuses mainly on Baby Peach's ability to float on winds. Windblown Wilderness introduces numbered platforms, which lose a number every time the player step on them and disappear after hitting 0. There are also ridable balloons which the player can jump on, and they slowly float upwards. In the last part, Yoshi will have to use Baby Peach to float on several wind gusts with no floor of platform at all. Lakitu is introduced in this level.
