| So, I made my researches and... the case are two: either Sawada's "pre-SMKun" had just three volumes (all based off SMB:TLL) and never realized the SMB3 part, or the SMB3 part is simply UNFOUNDABLE. The only stuff I can find is about the SMBTLL's three volumes. There's also a third option that could be that maybe the manga is called "Super Mario Bros. 2 (the Lost Levels)" but does contain a SMB3 part, but I can only find covers, the three volume stack and NOTHING ELSE.
