The Star Tournament is an unlockable challenge from Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour. The challenge includes the same competitions and courses, only with a more intricately designed and difficult way of play. The winds are much stronger and blow the golf ball much farther, the Chain Chomps have longer chains, there are more trees and rough, Tournament Greens are used instead of regular greens, Boos affect the golf ball more drastically, Bunkers are deeper, it rains more on the courses, and the computer competition is more brutal.
