The Javelin Throw is an event in the game Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games, where the contestant must run up as fast as they can to the line while carrying a Javelin, and then throw it as far as possible into the landing area. More points are earned the further the player throws the Javelin. Three attempts are given for the event.
