While the course layout is similar to the original, there are some minor differences. [[Dash Panel]]s are not present (with the exception of the speed pads right after the start of section 3), the Bouncy Mushroom is an ordinary platform, the holey section doesn't move, and a separate platform was added outside of the main track near the Saturn-like planet (as mentioned above).
