Pipe Works is the third floor of Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis. Each of the levels in Pipe Works involve the use of Warp Pipes to help the Mini Marios reach the goal. Segments of Warp Pipes known as Rotate Pipes are introduced on this floor, as well as Water Valves. Newly introduced enemies on this floor include Crash Kongs and Thwomps, while Shy Guys return from previous floors. The music tracks played on this floor are the only entirely original compositions in the game which play within levels.

Upon completing Boss Game 3, the Pipe Works construction kit is unlocked for the Construction Zone. After being defeated in Boss Game 3, Donkey Kong flees to Magnet Mania.
Pipe Works is the third floor of Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis. The levels in Pipe Works all involve the use of Warp Pipes. A new type of pipe is introduced which acts as a water valve. Some pipes can be rotated, allowing the Mini Marios to reach the goal. Mario and the Minis went through here to save Pauline from Donkey Kong.

In this battle with Donkey Kong, he doesn't necessarily attack the minis, He sticks his head out of one of the six pipes on the roof mocking the Minis. The Piranha Plants attempt to shoot down fireballs at a Mini Mario. If a Mini Mario is hit it breaks. When he hangs upside down from the Pipe, the player must shoot a Mini Mario at Donkey Kong. Once defeated, he flees to Magnet Mania.
