==Appearance==
Neil bears a design reminiscent to Kid's ''[[Mario Golf (Game Boy Color)|Mario Golf]]'' design, [[Alex]] from ''[[Mario Tennis (Game Boy Color)|Mario Tennis]]'', and [[Plum]]. He has flat, brown hair flattened by a blue baseball cap, flipped backwards. His eyes are a hazel brown. He wears a yellow vest over a blue T-shirt, and blue shorts. His shoes are blue and white, and his golfing glove is white. His golfing bag is blue, and is described as muddy and dirty when examined.
  
Neil also bears similar appearance traits to his ''[[Mario Tennis: Power Tour]]'' counterpart, [[Clay]].
