Mt. Frostbite is a location in Mario Party Advance situated in the snow area of Shroom City. It can only be accessed through the Pipe House's cyan pipe. It is a vast, snowy mountain, with a blizzard constantly buffeting the area and some scattered trees in the background. Mr. E visits the mountain in search of a bigfoot, but immediately runs away when he sees the snow-covered Bowser and Koopa Kid shivering beside him. Bowser then challenges the player, which starts Chillin' Villain: his quest involves warming him up by telling him funny jokes. Once sufficiently warmed, he challenges the player to a Bowser minigame, Crushed Ice, and winning the minigame causes him to reward the Breeze Buddy Gaddget.

When the player decides to stop here, he or she will meet Mr. E, looking for bigfoot, but mistakes a snow-caped Bowser and Koopa Kid for it, and scrams. Their quest, Chillin' Villain, involves Bowser asking three questions to the player, and they must come up with really good joke for each one. After that, he'll challenge them to the Bowser minigame Crushed Ice. If the player succeeds at defeating the set number of Koopa Kids, Bowser will reward them with the Gaddget, Breeze Buddy.
