The hidden treasure of this level is located in the big room with the coin-filled gaps that lead to an area with two Grunts. The player has to have Wario smash through the blocks covering the gap in the middle. While falling he should aim for the small ledge with a door. The treasure minigame waits behind that door.

Boss Battle: Captain Syrup and the Mecha Kuri
Boss Battle: Captain Syrup and the Mecha Kuri
Wario's final trial is a battle to the finish with Syrup and the Mecha Kuri, a large robotic Pirate Goom resembling the giant spear man. Syrup will float above the battlefield in an electrical device, while the Mecha Kuri rampages on the ground, trying to catch Wario with his rake. The battle will be over when Wario gets touched by the rake and the player has to start over, so he should pay attention to the enemy's movement. After the Mecha Kuri has dashed around for some time, he will slow down and run out of power. He lifts his rake and waits for Syrup to charge him up again. That is the players chance to deliver an attack to the enemy's exposed front. After getting hit, the Mecha Kuri will rampage once again, so the player has to repeat what he has done before: avoiding the attacks and wait for the Mecha Kuri to lift his rake. After three hits the enemy will lose consciousness and can be picked up. Syrup will now fire electric sparks to harm Wario. The player should avoid these, pick up the powerless Mecha Kuri and throw him at Syrup. If he manages to do this, Syrup will fall off and the battle will be won. Wario can kick the pirates out, get his home back and fall asleep once again.
