A '''Jyk''' is an electric, six-spiked orb that moves vertically or horizontally in mid-air. It is encountered in the [[Super_Smash_Bros._Brawl#Subspace_Emissary|Subspace Emissary]] mode of ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]''. Jyks also go around the perimeter of floating platforms. It cannot be defeated. Some Jyks are coated with fire or a water-like effect rather than electricity.

Jyks cannot be turned into trophies with a [[Trophy Stand]]; players have to clear Boss Battles with 20 characters to unlock its trophy.
