High Rollers is a Minigame Mode in Mario Party 9. This mode can be play with up to four players. In this mode players competes in a series of minigames to gain up to five hundred points by rolling his/her player block over thirty, twenty, or ten panel. When a player rolls over a number panel, the number decreases by ten. When that panel reaches zero, Blue Toad will increase the panel's value by ten.

How many moves the player haves depends on what place the player gets in the previous minigame. First place will get four turns, second place will get three, third place will get two, and last place will only get one turn. The minigames will be picked when the selected player stop the Minigame Wheel on a minigame. The player who picks will first be selected at random, then the preceding choices will be made by the player who finished last place in the last minigame.

Every turn, a POW Block will appear in the centre of the board, and when a player rolls over the POW Block, every number panel not not at thirtywill increase by ten.

Finally, when there is a large point gap in between players, the losing players will gain a Boost Item, which allows them to boost across the board, rolling over number panels and pushing off other players in their way, without using up a turn.

The game will be over when one player gets five hundred points or over.
