'''High-Speed Cart Race''' is the second level in [[World 4 (Yoshi's Island DS)|World 4]] in  

''[[Yoshi's Island DS]]''.  

The level starts out with a [[cart]] that player has to ride on. The[[Tap-Tap]]s and [[Shy Guys]] on the track can be defeated by hitting them with the cart. Then, the player has to get off the cart and continue on. In the next area, there are Tap-Taps and Shy Guys blocking the cart. After getting off the cart, the player has to go to a pipe that leads underground. Then the player has to go down. There are two ways to go. If the player goes right there is a cart with a [[Red Coin]]. If the player goes left there is a [[Bandit]] and [[Gusty|Gusties]] blocking the way. The next area is back outside. That area has a [[Koopa Paratroopa]] and later Tap-Taps. The next area has a track with slopes, and the cart falls. If the player [[jumps]] at the right time, they can get the [[Character Coin]]. Below that there are two carts with Tap-Taps and Shy Guys and the track. After that, the player can access the [[goal roulette]].
