'''Ground Pound Rebound''' is the seventh level of [[World 1 (Yoshi's New Island)|World 1]] in ''[[Yoshi's New Island]]''. It features [[Stump|posts]] that can be [[Ground Pound|pounded into the ground]] to reveal secrets or make certain areas accessible. A later segment of the level introduces pipes that exhale clouds of smoke, which float upwards for a while and can be used as platforms. This level's playable [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]] is the red Yoshi.

==Overview==
[[Yoshi (species)|Red Yoshi]] starts in an area with many posts and platforms populated by [[Stilt Guy]]s and [[Eggo-Dil]]s. At one point, there is a [[Warp Pipe|pipe]] that leads into an area with [[Yoshi Star]]s, which grant Red Yoshi the ability to run up walls and ceilings; as he makes it past a series of surfaces, he grabs a [[Red Yoshi Star]] that helps him zoom over a lake of [[Poison (obstacle)|poison]], destroying blocks and pipes with [[Piranha Plant]]s on the way. At the end of this segment, there is a pipe that warps him to a [[Checkpoint Ring]] and an [[Egg Block]]. This area contains pipes that emit smokey platforms, as well as more Stilt Guys and Eggo-Dils, followed by the [[Goal Ring]].
