There is a letter to Goompapa below a cliff in [[Mt. Rugged]]. After Mario and Parakarry deliver the letter, Goompapa will give them another letter for his friend [[Muss T.]] This initiates a long delivery chain of letters, spanning the entire Mushroom Kingdom. At the end of the chain is another letter to Goompapa, indirectly addressing his daughter Goombaria. On receiving this, he awards Mario the [[Lucky Day]] badge and praises Parakarry's delivery service.
