It can be unlocked by collecting every piece of treasure and winning every map piece. It is based on the 1980 [[Game & Watch]] game ''[[Flagman]]''. Hence the minigame's name, [[Mr. Game & Watch]] has been replaced by a [[D.D.]] as the titular Flagman, and the graphics are remade in general.

==Gameplay==
Like in the original game, the player has to remember numbers, which need to be repeated in the correct order within a time limit. One point is earned by correctly repeating the whole number sequence. The number sequence increases by one number with every earned point. After three misses, the game is over. The high score can be saved.

Initially, only the D.D. shows the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4, which are triggered with the different buttons on the direction pad. A [[White puff]] appears when the player scores 10 points, adding the number 5 to the sequence, and a [[Gugi]] appears at 15 points, adding the number 6. Those are triggered by using the {{button|gbc|A}} and {{button|gbc|B}} buttons respectively. At 20 points, a person will slowly start moving in a boat far away to distract the player.

==Trivia==
*Many graphics for the minigame are recycled from the 1994 game ''{{wp|Game & Watch Gallery series#Game Boy Gallery|Game Boy Gallery}}''. This game was only released in Europe and Australia and features a remake of ''Flagman''.
*The background music of Flagman D-D's title screen can also be heard in the “Perfect!” screens of both ''[[Wario Land II]]'' and ''[[Wario Land 3]]''. The screen shows up after collecting all [[treasure (Wario franchise)|treasure]]s  and panels in the second game, and after the third game’s ending sequence when all treasures have been found.
