According to the game manual that I just looked over, the Special Flower calls for making one of the 5 effects when instantly used. It includes but not limited to, HP Max, Once Again, Attack Up, Lucky, and Defense Up. These names during in the game are not actual names as articles I believe. Merge suggested? 
RAP... Game manual? Let's just say I got my new set of secret goods to look over.
