Original vs. Remakes

About the way I uploaded a replica of the image from the original NES game is because I thought that it is better to have images from the original games, not the remakes. It's just because despite the better 16 bit graphics, I still think that screenshots should be from the original games, with a few exceptions (like levels only in the remakes for example). Well, about 80% of all SMB3 images are from SMAS. Also, images from the original games will remind long-time gamers about the 8-bit era; using lots of images from remakes may remind newer gamers, but confuse older gamers. I think we should try to even out the amount of images between originals and remakes. This will also help compress files because of the 3 colors per sprite limit on the NES. SKmaric (talk)
