Endurance Alley is a mini-game in Mario Party 6 hosted by Twila in the Mini-game Mode. To unlock Endurance Alley, the player must have unlocked at least one 4-player mini-game, one 1-vs-3 mini-game, and one Duel Mini-game (Bonus Mini-games and Mic-Mini-games do not count).

In Endurace Alley, the players walk through a dark alley while playing a series of mini-games. The objective is to get 100 consecutive wins, which is much easier if the players only have a few mini-games. The game ends when players loses one of the mini-games that they must play.
