At the start of the level, is [[Bowser]], enlarged, winged, and moving along a [[track]] away from [[Mario]]. It is an auto-scrolling level, so Mario must pursue him. The track gets more elaborate as the chase goes on. [[Lava Bubble]]s, a [[Super Mushroom]] and a [[Yoshi Egg]] can be found along the track. There are frequent [[pit]]s with Lava Bubbles moving along tracks instead of jumping out of the [[lava]] like normal. When Mario gets to the bridge, he can hit the [[axe]] and drop Bowser into the lava.
