The '''Binding Band''' is a giant, jeweled ring found in ''[[Super Mario Odyssey]]''. It was made by the [[Tostarenan]]s of the [[Sand Kingdom]] and is the kingdom's most cherished artifact.

During the events of the game, the ring is stolen by [[Bowser]] and the [[Broodals]] as a wedding ring for [[Princess Peach]]'s forced marriage to the [[Koopa (species)|Koopa]] king. [[Knucklotec]], the guardian deity of the Binding Band, was enraged over the missing ring, causing Tostarena to become covered in ice. After [[Mario]] defeats Bowser in the [[Moon Kingdom]], the Binding Band is returned to its rightful place in the Deepest Underground. Mario can then [[Ground Pound]] on top of the ring to receive a [[Power Moon]].
