Variant of Tweeter

A Tweeter Bat is a furred and bat-winged type of Tweeter; like a vampire, it has two pronounced fangs in its beak, which it uses to suck tomato sauce up with.

In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Count Koopula", Count Koopula sends a Tweeter Bat out to lure Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool to his castle. Upon receiving its orders, this Tweeter Bat flies towards Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool; upon seeing Mario with a box of spaghetti, the Tweeter Bat grabs it in its talons and begins to fly away with it, towards Count Koopula's castle, despite Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool's attempts to stop it.

Later, while staying in Count Koopula's castle, Mario and Luigi encounter another Tweeter Bat in their room. Seeing Mario take a box of ravioli out of his overalls, this Tweeter Bat descends from a hole in the ceiling and, using its fangs, sucked all the tomato sauce out of Mario's ravioli.
