The Cave Of The Bandits
Template:Levelbox The Cave Of The Bandits is a Bandit-filled cave in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. It is the second level in the sixth world of the game, and the only level to have more than one Coin Bandit.
The level is volcanic, though mushroom platforms can be found. Some of them conceal Bandits, who will occasionally glance around the corner as they wait for an ambush. Yoshi will have to watch out for these foes, as they lurk all around the area, and could steal Baby Mario.
The level starts with a few hiding Bandits and Boo Guys. Then there is a Coin Bandit with the first Red Coin and a Winged Cloud. Then there is some lava, more Bandits, and Lava Bubbles. There are also several Red Coins in this area. Past an Egg Block are a few Bandits hitching rides on balloons. Then there a few more Winged Clouds and a Coin Bandit. Past that is more lava and some Lava Bubbles. Then there is an Egg Block and some Zeus Guys, along with a flower. After that, there are some Flatbed Ferries and a Fly Guy. At the end of the area is a Winged Cloud. The next room includes some Little Skull Mousers and the Middle Ring, followed by some more hiding Bandits. After that there are some Baseball Boys and more Bandits on balloons. Then there are some Wild Ptooie Piranhas and more Lava Bubbles. Then there are some more Baseball Boys, Wild Ptooie Piranhas and a Solo Toady. After a small maze, some Baseball Boys, a Wild Ptooie Piranha and a Little Skull Mouser the room ends with a few Red Coins. The next room is a giant spike pit with the Middle Ring and a Super Star. The room is filled with enemies that can hinder Baby Mario's progress. After the giant spike pit there is the goal roulette.
