Spicy Pasta is an item that is found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This item is a unique meal made by Zess T. once given a Hot Sauce and any one of the following: Fresh Pasta, Spaghetti, or Koopasta. One bite of this pasta will recover 10 HP and 10 FP.
