Template:Species-infobox Giant Pillars[citation needed] are members of the Tiki Tak Tribe and are larger variants of Screaming Pillars that are tall, gray pillars with a face. They are bigger than Screaming Pillars, but their scream is not as high-pitched.

History

Donkey Kong Country Returns / Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D

Giant Pillars first appear in Donkey Kong Country Returns and its 3DS port. Along with Screaming Pillars, Giant Pillars appear in the Jungle world level, Canopy Cannons, though this is the only level they appear in. If the pillars come into contact with the player(s), they instantly lose a life. Unlike Screaming Pillars, Giant Pillars cannot be defeated.

In Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D they also appear in the Cloud level, Crushin' Columns where they destroy various bridges and platforms to defeat the player.

Mario Kart 8 / Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
