Pointey

A Pointey is a bamboo-like creature that only appears in Yoshi's Island DS. They are not really enemies as they cannot harm Yoshi, but more of an obstacle, as they extend from the ground to block Yoshi's way and bounce him away if he touches one. They can be extremely tall or very short, but each and all can be popped by a single jump on the top, an egg, or Baby Donkey Kong's DK Dash Attack.
