Piranha Heights, or Acorn Plains-5, is the fourth level of Acorn Plains in New Super Luigi U. This level is unlocked by completing Rolling Yoshi Hills, and its own completion will give the player access to Lemmy's Lights-Out Castle.
Layout
The level is mainly made up of rising and falling mushroom platfroms, and on most of them, Piranha Plants. The Piranha Plants are aided by these platforms to attack the player.
Star Coins
- Star Coin 1: Near the start of level, Luigi must jump on a pipe, then in turn jump on the platform will the first Star Coin on it.
- Star Coin 2: Luigi must manage to jump on a pipe to get the second Star Coin while carefully avoiding a Piranha Plant below the pipe.
- Star Coin 3: Luigi must either wall jump, or have the Super Acorn ability to get to a Warp Pipe, then take the third Star Coin from a block stucture made to look like an 8-bit Luigi.
Luigi Sighting
- In the room where the third Star Coin resides is a large image of 8-bit Luigi made of colored blocks.
