Dark Craws are one of the many "dark" creatures from the Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Dark Craw are the dark-version of normal Craw, and are the gatekeepers of the underworld, or so they say. Mario first encounters one in the Glitz Pit, and later finds them in the Pit of 100 Trials. They attack Mario by either charging him with their spears or by throwing the spears and are detrimental to Mario's health.
