DK's Boat is a boat that belongs to Donkey Kong in Mario Party 6. He rides it around Castaway Bay. If a character lands on it, Donkey Kong will give the character a star.
Landing on a ? Space will make the DK Boat move so whoever lands on the Star Space next gets to see Bowser's Battle Yaht and not the boat.
The boat will also appear in Mario Party 8.
